Garments care

We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.

In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage: or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Differences in count must be reported with the order ticket at the pickup time. For quality issues we will address any concerns reported 48 hours after pickup. 

Pickup and Delivery Services

Pickup and delivery services are available  for residential and commercial customers to nearby addresses. Customer must sign a Credit card authorization form for processing orders payments before each delivery.

Unclaimed Orders

We are trying our best to keep customers orders but our storage space is limited. Storage fees (10% x order x month)

Unpaid orders not picked up after 30 days of ready by date.

Abandoned Orders

Garments remaining unclaimed for more than 180 days after dropping off date are considered abandoned and may be subject to disposal, sales to recover processing costs or donation in accordance with  applicable Florida law (FLORIDA STATUTES 715.03 Laundries and drycleaners; disposition of unclaimed articles). Customers will be contacted by text message before final disposition.
